As a realtor based in either Kent County or New Castle County, we want to be sure you’re aware of Regal Builders as an option for your clients ages 55+, as well as the details regarding our referral program. 

Currently, realtors who refer clients who contract on homes at a Regal Builders neighborhood receive a 3% commission with an additional  .25% for each additional referral up to 4% . 

If you are receiving this email, you will receive 3.25% commission on your first referral and an additional 0.25% increase in commission for each subsequent referral contracted within a 12-month period. The maximum commission offered is 4.25%.

For us, a referral is the highest honor a business can receive. This paid partnership program is our way of saying “thank you” for your referral.
